Simon set up Burtons Surveyors in 2008 to provide an independent and cost-effective local service for clients wanting high quality residential building surveys with a personal touch.

Principal Surveyor
Simon is a Chartered Residential Surveyor with the Chartered Association of Building Engineers, being one of the first in the country to qualify for chartered status via this new route.
Simon was also one of the first to join the Residential Property Surveyors Association when it was first founded.
He studied at the University of the West of England Department of the Built Environment and the Building Research Establishment.
