Level 2 surveys are intended for standard, fairly modern properties which are not thought to have problems or unusual features.
Level 3 Building Surveys from £550
Level 3 Building Surveys are for older, or more complex properties that may have problems or issues requiring analysis and resolution.
Defect Reports from £450
Defect reports are appropriate when you have a specific problem with a building and you want to know why its occurred and what to do about it.
Radon Reports from £150
Large parts of the South are know being identified as Radon Affected Areas. Radon is an invisible odourless radioactive gas emitted from the soil which can increase risks of lung cancer if not addressed. We can carry out testing for radon risks on any property you are concerned about.
